All pieces come with lifetime support. If you ever experience a technical issue or need help maintaining a piece, get in touch. I’ll do my best to assist, regardless of when you bought it.
Returns
I do not accept general returns, unless previously authorized in writing.
That said, I aim to be reasonable: if you believe there’s an exceptional circumstance, just reach out and we’ll talk.
I can refund the item cost if it’s in mint condition, but not shipping or return costs
Unique & Handmade Items
Many pieces, especially those engraved on wood or paper, are one-of-a-kind and may show small variations in tone, texture, or finish.
Wood grain patterns and minor shifts are part of the process and are not considered defects or valid reasons for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective component, you’re eligible for a return or exchange.
- You must notify me within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the package shows visible damage on arrival, please note it on the delivery receipt so I can open a claim with the shipping company.
- Keep the packaging for documentation.
Once confirmed, I’ll either repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
