My work usually starts from a simple question, and I follow it wherever it leads.
Some of these projects I initiate myself, because I feel something needs to be made. Others are commissions, which I approach with the same logic.
The format it takes, whether an installation, a product, a campaign, or something harder to categorize, tends to be a consequence of the process, not the starting point.
